摘要
通过对国内城市内涝问题的文献进行统计,简述了该问题的研究进展,归纳了城市内涝形成的主要人为因素,并介绍了国内外先进的规划理念和技术手段,以期在后续研究中为我国解决城市内涝问题提供参考。
Through reviewing literatures about urban waterlogging in China,the research advances and the contributing factors were summarized.The advanced planning idea and techniques at home and abroad were introduced,so as to provide reference for solving urban waterlogging in the future in China.
