刚竹属化学成分及其抗肝损伤成分研究 被引量:9

摘要 刚竹属药用植物资源广泛,富含黄酮及其苷类、二萜酸类、木脂素类、生物碱类、醌类、糖类、挥发性成分、酚酸及衍生物类等成分。在长期寻找新的治疗肝损伤有效药物方面,目前国内外有比较多的研究,主要是一些中药及其多糖、黄酮类成分。文中综述了刚竹属中竹笋、竹叶和竹茹等防治肝损伤植物的研究进展,这为探明刚竹属药用植物防治肝损伤作用及其机理和深入研究开发效果较佳的防治肝损伤新型药物提供一定的科学依据。 Phyllostachys has a wide range of plant resources for medical use, which is rich in flavonoids and its glycosides, diterpene acids, lignans, alkaloids, quinones, carbohydrates, volatile components, phenolic acid and its derivatives, etc. There are many studies at home and aboard in the aspect of searching for a new effective drug to cure liver injury for a long time, and most of which are traditional Chinese medi- cine and its ingredients of polysaccharide, flavonoids. The specific examples of the use of bamboo shoots, leaves and bamboo shavings in Phyl- lostachys to prevent and cure liver injury were reviewed, which makes a contribution to offer some scientific basis on the perspective of finding out the function of PhyUostachys medicinal plants in the prevention of liver injury and its principle, exploring and developing high effective drugs for liver injury prevention and treatment deeply.
