摘要
以"二定制、三段式"校企合作人才培养模式为例,从实践教学目标体系,实践教学内容体系,实践教学条件体系,实践教学管理体系几方面,阐述了农业类高职院校"工学结合"模式实践教学体系的构建。实践表明:"二定制、三段式"人才培养模式开拓了校企合作的深度和广度,形成了鲜明的办学特色,取得了明显的成效。
Taking "two-custom and three-stage system" school-enterprise cooperation as an example, the construction of working-learning in- tegration mode practice teaching system in agricultural higher vocational colleges were elaborated from aspects of practice teaching objective system, practice teaching content system, practice teaching condition system, practice teaching management system. The results showed that "two-custom and three-stage system" school-enterprise cooperation mode forms distinctive characteristics and achieves obvious effects.
