间苯三酚联合曲马多治疗肾绞痛的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical curative effect of phloroglucinol combined with tramadol in the treatment of nephritic colic

目的 评价间苯三酚联合曲马多治疗急性肾绞痛的疗效及安全性.方法 随机将门诊及收治入院的105例肾绞痛患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组予以曲马多100 mg肌肉注射联合间苯三酚80 mg＋5％葡萄糖250 ml静脉滴注,对照组予以曲马多100 mg肌肉注射联合山莨菪碱20mg＋0.9％生理盐水250 ml静脉滴注,视具体情况予以抗感染等处理.结果 治疗45 min后,观察组疼痛缓解的总有效率91.2％,不良反应发生率为7.0％,对照组疼痛缓解的总有效率64.6％,不良反应发生率为29.2％,两组总有效率及不良反应发生率相比,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 间苯三酚联合曲马多治疗急性肾绞痛发作效果明显,且不良反应少,安全性相对较高.

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of phloroglucinol combined with tramadol in the treatment of nephritic colic.Methods Total 105 patients with nephritic colic were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated by tramadol （intramuscular injection with 100 mg） combined with phloroglucinol （80 mg intravenous drip plus 250 ml 5％ glucose）,and the control group was treated by tramadol （intramuscular injection with 100 mg） combined with anisodamine （20 mg intravenous drip plus 250 ml 0.9％ normal saline）.Two groups were given with anti-infection according to specific situation.Results After 45 minutes,the effective rate of lessening nephritic colic in the treatment group was 91.2％ and it was 64.6％ in the control group.Adverse reaction occurred in 7.0％ of the cases in the treatment group while those occurred in 29.2％ of the cases in the control group,showing statistical significant difference between two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of phloroglucinol combined with tramadol in the treatment of nephritic colic was obvious,with less adverse reaction.
