蒲公英辅助治疗早期急性乳腺炎临床观察

Clinical observation of dandelion in adjuvant treatment of early acute mastitis

目的观察青霉素联合蒲公英治疗早期乳腺炎的疗效。方法收集2011年6月至2013年3月早期急性乳腺炎患者28例,将其分为治疗组15例和对照组13例。治疗组采用青霉素、蒲公英联合负压吸乳;对照组采用青霉素联合负压吸乳。结果治疗组治愈率为93.3%(14/15),对照组治愈率为53.3%(7/13),治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论蒲公英联合青霉素治疗早期急性乳腺炎是一种疗效显著的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of penicillin with dandelion in treating early acute mastitis. Methods Totally 28 patients with early acute mastitis from June 2011 to March 2013 were collected and randomly divided into two groups：treatment group （n= 15 ） and control group （n= 13 ）. The treatment group was treated with penicillin, dandelion and nega- tive pressure for breast dump ,while the control group was treated with penicillin and negative pressure for breast dump, Results The recovery rate was 93.3% （14/15） in the treatment group and 53.3% （7/13） in control group, the treatment group was superior to control group prominently with statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The integrated therapy of dandelion with penicillin is with high recovery rate for patients with early acute mastitis.
