热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病临床观察

Clinical observation of Reduning Injection in the treatment of children with HFMD

目的 观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效.方法 将60例小儿手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组予热毒宁注射液0.5 ml/（kg·次）加5％葡萄糖注射液100～150 ml,静滴,每日1次,3日为1疗程,必要时重复1疗程.对照组予利巴韦林注射液10 mg/（kg·次）加5％葡萄糖注射液100～150 ml,静滴,每日1次,疗程与治疗组相同.结果 治疗组显效20例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为96.00％；对照组显效12例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率为86.67％.治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病疗效好,不良反应少,值得推广.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Reduning Injection in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease （HFMD）.Methods 60 children with HFMD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group was injected with Rednning injection,while control group was injected with Ribavirin Injection.Results In treatment group,there were 20 cases of significantly effective,18 cases of effective,and 2 cases of ineffective,with total effective rate of 96.00％; in control group,there were 12 cases of significantly effective,14 cases of effective,and 4 cases of ineffective,with total effective rate of 86.67％.The clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Reduning Injection in the treatment of HFMD is significantly effective with few adverse reactions,worthy of promotion in HFMD children.
