摘要
1999年国际棉价已经探底 ,随后稳步回升。 2 0 0 0年我国纺织品出口与内销增长 ,石油涨价 ;国内棉花供求出现缺口 ,棉粮实际比价骤升 ,棉价国内高于国外。预计 2 0 0 1年全国棉花大回升 ,总产上升 30 %左右。新疆棉花具明显比较优势 ,建议不失时机 ,将产量一举攀上 175万 t,同时努力提高棉花质量。
The international cotton price in 1999 was the lowest in the last price period (1992-1999) and increased steadily afterwards. In 2000,both export and domestic consumption of textile products of China increased. Petroleum and its products were priced highly; the domestic cotton need exceeded supply; the ratio of cotton to grain increased and the cotton price domestic was higher than international. It is predicted that there will be a great rebound of cotton production with ca. 30% of increase in gross lint yield in China in 2001. Xinjiang located in northwestern China has an obvious comparative advantage in cotton production. The author suggest Xinjiang to produce 1.75 million tons of lint cotton in the coming season and improve the lint quality.
