摘要 轧机二级自动化系统可显著提高轧制产品质量的稳定性,克服人为因素对产品质量的影响。将传统的工艺人工编排转换为轧机自动程序编制及自学习功能,实现了轧机工艺生产的标准化、自动化、智能化。将原需电气专业人员才可看懂的轧机的复杂抽象程序转化为方便的人机操作界面,操作直观、维护简便,自动数据记录与查询分析完善可靠,对生产高精尖的产品提供了可靠的技术保障。描述了铝热轧机二级系统的实际应用案例,并介绍了该系统的实用价值,该系统可广泛应用于铝热轧机、冷轧机、铝箔轧机等类似设备。 Level 2 system applied on mills overcomes human interference on product quali- ty and obviously improves the quality stability of the rolling products. The standard, automatic and intelligent rolling process can be achieved by automatic program and serf-learning func- tion instead of manual input. The original complex abstract program, which had been only open to electrical professionals, was converted into convenient human-machine interface, leading to easy operation and maintenance, complete data record and inquiry. Thus this sys- tem provides a reliable technical support for producing high-grade final products. Level 2 sys- tem applied on aluminum hot mills was taken as a practice example to introduce the actual value that this system can be widely applied on similar equipments, like aluminum hot mills, cold mills and aluminum foil mills.
