摘要
研究和探讨了在PRO/E环境下的有限元分析理论和方法在汽车铝合金散热器模具强度校核中的应用。根据计算的铝合金模具设计数值,研究借助PRO/E计算机辅助设计软件绘制了汽车散热器模具的实体,并对模具的悬齿部位进行了强度分析。
This paper studied and discussed application of the finite element analysis theo- ry and method in the PRO/E environment in the strength check lbr extrusion dies of automo- bile aluminum alloy radiators. According to the calculated design value of aluminum alloy dies, the car radiator die entity was rendered by PRO/E computer-aided design software, and the strength of the hanging tooth of the die was analyzed.
