Reconstruction of Agrotechnique Innovation Path in Adjustment of Agricultural Structure.

分析了现行农业技术创新轨道难以适应农业结构调整的要求 ,存在着不能对增长结构中的技术障碍作出灵活反应的缺陷和矛盾。提出了农业技术创新轨道的重建需坚持多主体参与、利益制约。

Existing agrotechnique innovation path can not match adjustment of agricultural structure, and have the defects that it can't respond to technical difficultion in agriculture increase. The reconstruction of agrotechnique innovation path must persist in priuciptes of bodies participation, benefit restriction, market guide and government matching. We should reform the sciention and technical system of agriculture.
