摘要 目的 通过GCS评分变化评价神经生长因子(NGF)联合神经节苷脂(GM1)对弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的疗效.方法 将86例临床诊断为弥漫性轴索损伤的患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组44例,使用NGF和GM1联合治疗;对照组42例,仅使用GM1治疗.两组疗程均20 d,在治疗第1、3、7、20天分别进行GCS评分,6个月后进行随访GOS评分.结果 治疗组患者的GCS评分、GOS评分明显优于对照组(P〈0.05).结论 NGF联合GM1治疗弥漫性轴索损伤疗效明显优于仅使用GM1. Objective To investigate the curative effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) together with monosialotetrahexosy - 1 ganglioside ( GM1 ) in the treatment of diffuse axonal injury by GCS's change. Methods 86 patients with diffuse axonal injury were randomly divided into two groups, 44 patients in the treated group were treated with GM1 together with NGF, 42 patients in control group were treated only with GM1. The treatment course was 20 days. GCS scores before treatment and 1 d, 3 d, 7 d and 20 d after treatment and GOS score six months after treatment were collected. Results Compared with the control group, the GCS score and GOS score of patients in the treated group were improved 20 d after treatment with statistically significant difference ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion The curative effects of GM1 together with NGF in the treatment of diffuse axonal injury is better than that of only with GM1.
