农村家庭养老功能弱化与代际关系转变

The Study on the Weakening of Domestic Function of Family——based Support for the Aged in Rural Areas and the Transiton of Relation between Generations

社会变迁背景下,家庭养老文化的淡化,养老资源配置失衡及养老主体的减少与流动致使农村家庭养老行为的性质、关系和内容呈现新的特征,给老年人的生活带来严重影响。因此,有必要大力倡导尊老敬老的孝文化,同时增加老年人可交换性资源,提高老年人社会地位和家庭地位,积极发展农村养老服务,构建发展型的家庭养老政策。

Under the background of social changes, the traditional culture of family-based support for the aged getting weakened, the resource for the aged not been used fully and the number of care givers who stay around the aged reducing a lot make the nature, relation and the content of family-based support for the aged show new characteristics, and lead to a low level of the quality of lives of the aged in rural areas. So it’s necessary to advocate the culture of “respecting and loving the aged”, at the same time, increase the resources for generation exchanges, improve the social and family status, strengthen related pension service, make development-oriented family policy for the aged in rural areas.
