西部地区技术进步及ETSI分析——基于DEA的实证研究

Western Analysis of Technical Progress and ETSI——an Empirical Study Based on DEA

技术进步是提高全要素生产率、优化产业结构从而实现经济集约增长的主要力量,目前学术界对西部地区技术进步的水平及影响因素缺乏系统性分析。本文运用DEA实证研究西部地区技术进步的水平,创新性的应用ETSI模型从逻辑路径、数理路径、现实路径分析技术进步及其影响因素,最终根据实证结果提出针对西部地区技术进步的建议。

Technological progress is the main force to improve total factor productivity, optimize the industrial structure to achieve intensive economic growth. There is no systematic analysis of technological progress level and influencing factors of the western region. This article use DEA to empirical research technological progress level of western region, innovatively use ETSI to analyze the influencing factors of technological progress from a logical path, mathematical path, realistic path. Finally this paper proposed proposals against technical progress for the western region based on empirical results.
