摘要
内燃机使用寿命主要取决于缸套、活塞、曲轴轴承等主要磨损件的磨损程度。在找出这些部件的损坏主要因素 ,并确定这些因素之间的定量关系后 ,根据系统动力学原理采用软件STELLA -Ⅱ对系统进行模拟仿真 ,为预测内燃机的剩余寿命创造了条件。
The remain life time of the combustion engine depends on the wear extent of the cylinder liner, piston, crank bearing and crank principal bearing of the combustion engine. The process and wear behavior of friction pairs were studied by means of simulation method, and the cylinder liner, piston, crank bearing and crank principal bearing of the combustion engine were chosen as the research object. This paper discussed a new method based on the system dynamics to simulate the wear process by means of the STELLA-Ⅱto find a rapid and cost-effective way to predict the remain life of the combustion engine.
