具有演绎功能的立体仓库系统

针对我国仓库管理普遍落后现状 ,设计了现代化的立体库系统。该系统由计算机网络系统控制 ,出库、入库及帐务管理全部由计算机系统完成。系统带有完备的各种安全监测措施 ,解决了立体库系统中最忌讳的货物、货位漏记、重复记帐以及货物空出、重入等误操作现象。系统中采用了先进的PLC技术 ,性能稳定、可靠。它还具有演绎功能 ,对系统可能发生的故障进行诊断。

A three-dimension modern warehouse management and control system was developed in view of the backward status of storehouse management of our country. The account management and operations of the system that cargo was taken in and out was carried out by computer system. The system can be easily controlled by operators through computer network system. The serious mistakes that goods positions are not right and substances account is wrong in operating were avoided for installing safe detection devices in the system. The faults of the system in running could be diagnosed by its deductive functions. The system that adopts PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology has been put into use in production with good reliability and performance. Its main functions are presented in this paper as well.
