从可持续发展角度出发 ,研究了小城镇可持续发展评价指标体系的建立原理与实施程序 ;确定了选择评价指标的原则 ;应用层次分析法、综合理论分析法和专家咨询法 。

The paper studied the principle, method and procedure for the construction of index systems to assess the sustainable development on the basis of sustainable thought. It defined the principle to select assessment index,and built an assessment index systems of little-size town sustainable development by means of gradation analysis, theoretical analysis and expert consultation.
