摘要
几十年来，睾酮已被医学界认为在前列腺癌和心血管疾病的发展中发挥作用，然而其潜在的心血管治疗作用却普遍被忽视。大量有关前列腺癌患者在抗雄性激素疗法（ADT）中获益，男性运动员因滥用类固醇药物突发心脏性猝死的临床报道，使得睾酮激素被整个医学界误解。
