3例1型糖尿病患者使用磷酸西格列汀疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 1型糖尿病（包括成年迟发型自身免疫性糖尿病）患者为胰岛素分泌绝对缺乏的疾病。由于胰岛功能差，血糖易受环境因素影响，而导致血糖的波动大，因此1型糖尿病患者的血糖控制一直是临床难题。
