摘要 当代中国同时存在民主教育的缺位与政治民主的迟滞,二者相互交织,形成一种陷入保守和停滞的循环机制。民主是教育发展的推动力量和有力保障,教育也通过培育现代公民为民主发育创造条件。实现民主与教育的良性互动,需要培育"民主教育场",它是基于民主的理念和制度的教育环境、氛围与机制等构成的"场域"。民主教育与国家的民主化紧密相连,让民主教育运转起来,需要从社会系统层面推动教育改革。 The lack of democratic education and developmental lag of political democracy coexist in contemporary China, which is intertwined to form a circulation mechanism of stagnation and conservativeness. Democracy is the driving force and a powerful grantee for the development of education, while education creates conditions for democracy growth through cultivating modem citizens. To realize the positive interaction between democracy and education, a "democratic education field" is needed, which is a field composed of environment, atmosphere, and mechanism of education based on the concept and institution of democracy. Democratic education and national democratization is closely connected, and educational reform from the social system level should be pushed forward to make democratic education work.
