摘要
基于铝合金板成形极限图理论预测模型,结合蒙特卡罗随机分析法研究了温度和应变率的不确定性波动对铝合金板成形极限图的影响规律。研究发现:应变率越大,其随机波动引起成形极限应变的分散程度越小;随着温度增加,其随机波动引起成形极限应变的分散程度先减小然后变大,且在温度范围为413~453K时引起成形极限应变的分散程度最小。
Based on the approach for predicting forming limit of aluminum alloy sheet coupling with temperature and strain rate, the Monte-Carlo method is used to analysis the effects of temperature and strain rate variation on the limit strain dispersion. It is demonstrated that the limit strain variation range decreases with the rising of strain rate, but it decreases then increases with the rising of tempera- ture, and achieves its minimum value when temperature ranges from 413K to 453K.
