中国服务业技术效率测度及影响因素研究

Service Industry and Its Influencing Factors

本文采用随机边界前沿模型,运用面板数据从行业和区域两个层面对我国服务业的技术效率进行了测度。结果表明,我国服务业主要为资本推动,技术效率总体水平偏低。同时,各行业、各区域之间还存在显著的差异。论文进一步分析了影响服务业技术效率的因素,发现造成我国服务业技术效率偏低的一个重要原因是市场化程度的低下。此外,劳动投入质量、城镇化、对外贸易、FDI对我国服务业的技术效率也有不同程度的影响。

This paper conducts an empirical analysis on the technical efficiency of China's service industry based on Stochastic Frontier Approach Model using sector and regional panel data. The results indicate that the development of service industry has been driven mainly by capital inputs,while the technical efficiency is rather low. At the same time,there are great disparities between sectors and regions. It also investigates the factors associated with efficiency. The findings show that the marketization is particularly important for technical efficiency. The estimation results also provide considerable support for the importance of these factors such as labor quality,urbanization,international trade and foreign direct investment in influencing the technical efficiency of China's service industry.
