摘要
井下控制机构与系统设计学是井下控制工程学的技术基础,是关于井下控制机构与系统设计的理论与方法的研究。该设计学主要研究的是适用于井下控制的各种实用控制信号,研究其发生、传输、放大及执行机构。建立该机构的典型结构及传递函数,再根据实际要求,应用控制链思想,设计合成整套井下控制系统。重点阐述了设计学研究中的几个基本问题,包括井下可控信号、井下控制机构、井下控制机构的结构库和特性仿真库,以及控制链与井下控制系统设计。最后以变径稳定器为例,说明同一类控制系统有多种控制链可供选择。该项研究结果对于指导井下控制工具设计具有重要的现实意义。
The science of downhole control mechanism and system design is the technological basis for the sci- ence of downhole control engineering. It is a study of theory and method for downhole control mechanism and system design. The design science focuses on various practical control signals suitable for downhole control, studying their generation, transmission, amplifying and actuating mechanism. The typical structure and transmission function of the mechanism were established. According to the practical requirement and by applying the concept of control chain, the whole set of downhole control system was designed and integrated. The paper focuses on several basic problems in the design science, including downhole controllable signal, downhole control mechanism, downhole control mechanism' s structural library and property simulation library as well as control chain and downhole control system design. Finally, with variable diameter stabilizer as an example, it was expounded that multiple control chains for the same control system are available. The research achievement is of practical importance to guiding the design of downhole control tool.
