摘要
鉴于目前关于油管接头承受交变载荷的研究多集中在抽油机井用的API油管接头,而关于特殊螺纹接头的研究较少的现状,以2种不同密封结构的特殊螺纹接头为研究对象,建立有限元模型,计算交变载荷下2种接头密封面的接触压力,并对接触压力的变化规律进行对比分析。分析结果表明,随着交变拉伸载荷周期的延长,2种接头密封面最大接触应力均减小,且B型接头减小幅度较大;交变拉伸载荷作用下A型接头的密封性能优于B型接头,交变压缩载荷作用下B型接头的密封性能优于A型接头。
At present the research on premium connection is scanty in China. Therefore, with premium connec- tions of two different sealing structures as the object of study, the finite element model was established in order to calculate the contact pressure of the sealing surface of the two connections under alternating load and compare the variation laws of contact pressure. The analysis shows that with the increase of alternating tensile load, the maximum contact stress of the sealing surface of the connections decreases and the decrease of B-type connection is considera- ble. The sealability of A-type connection is better than that of B-type connection due to the effect of alternating ten- sile load. The sealability of B-type connection is better than that of A-type connection due to the effect of alternating compressive load.
