摘要
运用真菌学、森林病理学与群落生态学的基本研究方法。对红松干栖真菌群落结构进行研究。经分离培养获得干栖真菌40属(种)。干栖真菌群落的种群组成种类随着红松干部高度的升高趋于减少。在健康红松下冠层的老枝上分离获得了流脂溃疡病病原菌.表明该病害是潜伏侵染性病害。
Using basic methods of mycology. forest pathology and community ecology. dendrocola mycoflora of stems on Korean pine was studied. Through isolating and culturing. 40 genus (species) fungi were obtained from the stems. It is proved that components and quantities of fungi on stems decrease with the height of stem increasing. Tympanis confusa can be isolated from healthy Korean pine. and it indicates that Tympanis canker is a latent infectious disease.
