某电厂汽轮机低压安全油压力低的原因分析

摘要 对某电厂在机组启动后经常出现低压安全油压力低的问题,以及低压安全油滤网切换过程中因压力低跳机的问题进行分析,指出造成低压安全油压力频繁降低的主要原因是油质不合格,而低压安全油滤网切换过程中压力低的原因是切换时操作步骤有误。通过加强油质管理和修改低压安全油滤网切换操作步骤,保证了机组的安全运行。 By analyzing the problems in a power plant, as the low pressure (LP) safety oil pressure often reduced after the turbine unit start to work and the turbine tripped in the process of the Oil filter switching, it was pointed out that the main reason of the LP safety oil pressure frequently to reduce was the poor quality of oil, and the reason of oil pressure fell sharply in the process of LP safety oil filter switching was the wrong operation steps. By strengthening the management of oil quality and modified the operation steps of LP safety oil filter,the safe operation of the unit was ensured.
