女性盆底功能障碍疾病的诊断及康复治疗效果研究

The Diagnosis and Rehabilitation Effect of Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的：探讨女性盆底功能障碍疾病的诊断及康复治疗效果。方法：采用仿生物电刺激疗法对585例不同盆底功能障碍性疾病患者进行治疗，并回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：尿失禁总有效率为81.2%，盆腔脏器脱垂总有效率为75.2%，便秘总有效率为66.7%，盆底肌力松弛总有效率为88.6%，性功能障碍总有效率为89.5%，慢性盆腔疼痛总有效率为83.5%。结论：仿生物电刺激疗法对女性盆底功能障碍有较好疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and rehabilitation effect of female pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods：585 cases of different pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases patients were all used biomimetic electrical stimulation therapy and retrospective analyzed their clinical data. Results：The total effecitve rate of urinary incontinence was 81.2%, pelvic organ prolapse was 75.2%, constipation was 66.7%, pelvic floor muscle relaxation was 88.6%, sexual dysfunction was 89.5%, chronic pelvic pain was 83.5%. Conclusion：Biomimetic electrical stimulation therapy has a good effect on female pelvic floor dysfunction, deserves clinical promotion and application.
