Cold Saline plus Dexamethasone Hydraulic Expansion Treatment on Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的：探讨冷盐水加地塞米松液压扩张治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：31例患者均先行肩关节腔穿刺，然后加压注入4℃的生理盐水40ml＋地塞米松5mg混合液，并嘱患者术后进行功能锻炼。结果：痊愈22例，良好4例，好转3例，无效2例，总有效率约93．5％。结论：冷盐水加地塞米松液压扩张治疗肩周炎疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of cold saline plus dexamethasone hydraulic expansion treatment on periarthritis of shoulder. Meth- ods： 31 patients were firstly with shoulder joint puncture, and then injected mixed solution of 4 ℃ saline 40ml and dexamethasone 5mg, instructing patients in postoperative functional exercise. Results： 22 cases were cured, 4 cases good, 3 cases improved, and 2 cases ineffective, the total efficien- cy was 93.5% or so. Conclusion： Cold saline plus dexamethasone hydraulic expansion treatment on scapulohumeral periarthritis is significantly effec- tive.
