A SIMPLE MEASURING METHOD OF THE SHEAR BEHAVIOR OF ENGINEERING PLASTICS

本文用一种与著名的材料纯弯曲实验同样简单的实验装置进行工程塑料的剪切参数测定,並以聚丙烯、聚砜、聚苯硫醚和聚醚砜等通用的和新开发的高分子工程塑料进行了验证。为快速评价、测定工程塑料剪切特性提供了一准确而又简便的测试手段。

A Very simple shear fixture which is like the famous PURE BENDING TEST has been presented to determine the shear parameters of the engineering plastics. For examining this fixure, some usual and newly-developed engineering plastics, such as PP, PSF, PPS and PES. were measured on it, and the useful testing data have been obtained. This paper does provide an accurate and simple manner for quickly to evaluate and determine the shear behaviour of the engineering plastics.
