Polar Chemical Constituents from Nerviliae fordii

对青天葵的化学成分进行研究,从其90%乙醇提取物的水溶部位中分离得到了十一个化合物,并通过波谱手段对其进行了结构鉴定,分别为:异牡荆苷(1)、牡荆苷(2)、橙皮苷(3)、腺苷(4)、2'-脱氧腺苷(5)、2'-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(6)、2'-鸟嘌呤脱氧核苷(7)、烟酸(8)、核黄素(9)、L-色氨酸(10)和阿魏酸(11)。这十一个化合物均为首次从青天葵中分离得到。

Eleven compounds were isolated from the water-soluble fraction of the 90% EtOH extracts of Nerviliaefordii. Based on spectroscopic methods, they were identified as isovitexin （ 1 ）, vitexin （2）, hesperidin （3）, adenosine （4）,2＇- deoxyadenosin （5）,2＇-deoxythymidine （6）,2＇-guanine deoxyribonucleoside （7）,nicotinic acid （8）,riboflavin （9）,L- tryptophan （10）, ferulic acid （11）. These compounds are isolated from Nerviliae fordii for the first time.
