OFDI逆向技术溢出与民营企业技术进步——基于浙江的实证研究

在测算浙江民营企业全要素生产率(TFP)的基础上,实证检验对外直接投资(OFDI)对浙江民营企业技术进步的逆向溢出效应。结果发现,浙江对外直接投资增长率与民营企业全要素生产率增长率之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,但是相关系数并不高。结合浙江民营企业"走出去"的实际情况,文章认为主要原因是我国民营企业对外直接投资还处于初级阶段,参与国外生产和技术研发的比例还比较低,因此对技术进步的影响系数还不高。政府应积极引导,推动民营企业在生产、研发等领域加大对外投资,提高对外直接投资对于技术进步的贡献度。

Based on the measurement of total factor productivity （TFP） of Zhejiang private enterprises, this paper examines the impact of reverse spillovers of outward foreign direct investment （OFDI） on the TFP of the private enterprises in Zhejiang. We find that OFDI has a long -term stable positive correlation with the TFP, and the rising of OFDI granger causes the rising of TFP. However, this positive impact is very slight. The main reason is that China＇ s OFDI of private enterprises is still at the primary. stage, during which the involvement of foreign production and R＆D is still relatively low, so the influence coefficient of technological progress is not high. The government should actively guide the private enterprises to promote OFDI, especially in the fields of production and R＆ D as to enhance the contribution of OFD! to the technical progress of Zhejiang private enterprises.
