以偏离-份额分析为基础的中国入境旅游产业升级研究——以河南省为例

SSM(偏离份额分析)是一种区域经济分析方法。通过分析我们可以发现,河南省的入境旅游产业从2003年以来发展较快,总体具有较强的竞争力。但是,整体产业结构还需要进一步优化。外汇收入较多的是游览和娱乐部门,但这两个部门竞争力较弱,提升空间很小。商品销售和餐饮部门具有较强的竞争力,但是目前所占份额较低,竞争优势没有得到充分发挥。在下一步的产业结构优化过程中,要加强推广宣传,打造良好的旅游环境;以中原文化为基础培养旅游核心竞争力;发挥地域差别优势,开发特色餐饮,构建多层次的旅游购物系统。

The shift share method （SSM） is a regional economic analysis method. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the inbound tourism industry of Henan province has developed rapidly and had a strong overall competitiveness since 2002. But tile overall industrial structure is still in need of further optimization. Although sightseeing and recreation sections have created more foreign exchange earnings, they have weak competitive abilities and small promotion spaces. Sales and catering departments have strong competitiveness, but their proportions are low and the competitive advantages have not been sufficiently played. In the next step of the industrial structure optimization process, we should take the opportunity of the implementation of the Tourism Law to bring the construction of tourism into the legal system, cultivate core competitiveness of tourism which is characterized by the central plains culture on the basis of funding investment, develop featured catering connected with re- gional characteristics, promote tourism environment, and strengthen the outreach propaganda.
