森林资源变动及其影响因素研究

Study on Fluctuation and Influencing Factors of Forest Resources

从历史视角看,我国森林森林覆盖率整体而言呈"U"形曲线变化,先下降后上升;从世界范围看,近些年来,我国森林资源增长明显。运用面板回归分析,对新中国森林资源数量和质量变动的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:虽然森林覆盖率和森林蓄积量总体都呈波动上升趋势,但是二者有着不同的变化规律,影响因素也有所不同。建议关注二者不同的增长特点及规律,区别对待,加以利用;同时继续推动林业工程,加大林业投资,稳定林业产权。

Forest coverage increased first, then turned down, displaying ＂U＂ curve from the historic perspective. Forest resources have displayed an obvious increment with international comparison form year 1949 to present. Using the method of panel data regression, this article puts up a research about the influencing factors of forest including its quantity and quality. This study believes that forest coverage and forest stock volume have been increasing as a whole accompany with some irregular fluctuating. However, both of them have different changing law and different influencing factors if we take regression analysis with them as dependent variable respectively and with some similar independent variables. So this article concludes that government should distinguish and make good use of it as much as possible. Meanwhile, continue to propel the key forestry programs, increase forestry investment, stabilize forest property right system.
