摘要
采用乙二胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺以及加少量高锰酸钾的N,N-二甲基乙酰胺分别对纤维素进行活化预处理,发现预处理后纤维素的聚集态结构发生变化,结晶结构被部分破坏,在氯化锂/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺体系中的溶解性显著改善。在不使用任何催化剂的条件下,纤维素与酰化试剂可以在氯化锂/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺体系中进行均相反应,产物取代度高。
Cellulose was pretreated using ethylenediamine, DMAc, and KMnO4/DMAc, respectively, before being dissolved in the solvent system of LiC1/DMAc. The results showed that the aggregation structure of the cellulose has been changed and its crystal structure has been partially destroyed. The solubility of the cellulose in the LiC1/DMAc system has been markedly improved. The cellulose can react with acylation reagent in the system of LiC1/DMAc without any catalyst, obtaining modified cellulose with high degree of substitution.
