Research Focuses and Frontiers of Intellectual Property in China

基于CSSCI数据库,以十几年来我国知识产权领域相关文献为研究对象,以定量的方法分析研究的总体变化,通过对该部分文献关键词共现和突现的剖析,发现知识产权领域发展过程中的热点问题及其前沿发展方向,最后在对热点和前沿问题定性分析的基础上探讨了知识产权研究的发展趋势。图3。表1。参考文献8。

By means of CSSCI, this paper collects about four thousand published papers which involved intellectual property from 1998 to 2013. At first, the authors study the variation trend of this research field with cluster analysis method among these years. And then, they find this field＇ s research focuses and frontiers by analyzing high-frequency words and burst terms with Pathfinder algorithm. Finally the paper makes qualitative analysis about the focus and explores the future research on the intellectual property.
