摘要
就外物损伤对钛合金材料(TC4和TC11)高低周复合疲劳寿命的影响进行了试验研究.分别采用摆锤法和空气炮法模拟了叶片外物损伤,对比分析了两类损伤缺口的特征.进行了无损伤试样、损伤试样的疲劳试验,对比分析了外物损伤对钛合金疲劳寿命的影响.结果表明:摆锤冲击试验法模拟的损伤缺乏代表性,空气炮发射弹丸法模拟的损伤更接近真实情况;外物损伤导致钛合金高低周复合疲劳寿命严重下降,空气炮发射弹丸法模拟的损伤使钛合金的疲劳寿命从105下降到104量级.
The effects of high cycle fatigue-low fatigue life (HCF-LCF) on titanium alloy (TC4 and TC11) were researched experimentally with foreign object damage (FOD) simulation through pendulum method and air-gas gun method and the features of these two different damage notches were analyzed and compared. Fatigue tests on nondestructive and de- structive specimens were further conducted to analyze and compare the effects of FOD on the titanium alloy fatigue life. The conclusions show that: pendulum impact test method simulation lacks of representativeness, while air-gas gun projectile method simulation is much closer to the truth; FOD leads to severe decline of HCF-LCF life of titanium alloy, and air- gas gun projectile method simulation decreases the titanium alloy fatigue life from 105 to 104 order of magnitude.
