摘要
盾构地中对接技术是一种盾构法施工技术新的发展方向,能有效降低超长距离隧道盾构法施工过程中的设备故障与安全风险,提高施工效率,缩短工期。针对软弱土层盾构地中对接过程中对接地点的选取、对接前的高精度测量和盾构机对接部位的密封等关键技术难点进行分析,通过国内外相关资料调研,提出对策,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。
Docking technology in shield construction is a new developing trend of shield method construction technology.It can effectively reduce equipment failures and security risks of the ultra-long tunnel construction process by shield method with improving construction efficiency and shortening the construction period.Aiming at docking position selection,high-precision measurement before docking and the sealing of shield machine docking parts during docking construction in shield process of the soft soil layer,the relevant key technical difficulties are researched.Several suggestions are recommended by domestic and foreign relevant information,which can provide references for similar project construction.
