通过分析工料机历年来的价格走势及越江隧道工程造价的走势,研究在编制造价文件时,如何合理确定工程造价,有效控制投资,规避由于价格潜在变化引起投资"失控"的风险因素,寻找控制投资的关键点。
Through analyzing the cost trends of quantity machines and crossriver tunnel projects over the years,several key points of control investment in preparing the cost documents are researched,including how to determine project cost reasonably,to control investment effectively,and moreover,to avoid risk factors resulting in investment 'out of control' by price potential changes.
