中日韩开放存取比较研究

A Comparative Study on Open Access in China,Japan and South Korea

中国、日本和韩国是东亚地区三大国家,三国的信息资源发展在全球起着至关重要的作用。自开放存取兴起至今,三国的开放存取都获得一定的发展,尤其是日本一直处于东亚领先地位。通过对中日韩三国开放存取期刊目录(DOAJ)和开放存取仓储目录(OpenDOAR)的统计分析,比较三国的开放存取现状。最后,提出促进我国开放存取进一步发展的策略。

China, Japan and South Korea are the three countries in East Asia, and the Intormation resource development of the three countries plays a vital role in the world. Since the rise of open access, the three countries have made certain progress in open access, especially Japan has been in a leading position in East Asia. Through the statistical analysis of Directory of Open Access Journal （DOAJ） and the Directory of Open Access Repositories （OpenDOAR） in the countries, the paper makes a comparative study on present situation of open access, and presents the strategies that can promote further development of open access in China.
