颅脑损伤急性期患者CT评分与血清中MMP-2、MMP-9关系的研究

Research of the Relationship Between Acute CT Image Score with Serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 of Traumatic Brain Injury Patients

目的 探讨颅脑损伤急性期患者头颅CT图像计分与血清中MMP-2、MMP-9表达的关系.方法 收集我院2010-06～2011-06间收治的颅脑损伤患者86例,所有患者均行CT扫描,并于伤后第2 d检测血清中MMP-2和MMP-9的表达,分析CT评分与蛋白表达的关系及对病情程度的判断价值.结果 本组86例研究对象中发生颅内血肿77例,占89.5%;脑挫裂伤9例,占10.5%.研究对象头颅CT图像均有特征性表达,且头颅CT图像计分越低,MMP-2和MMP-9的表达越高.CT图像计分及血清中MMP-2和MMP-9的表达均与患者预后相关.结论 针对颅脑损伤急性期患者在临床上给予CT检查的基础上加用MMP-2和MMP-9指标共同判断患者的临床特征,对早期判断病变程度及预后可能更有价值.

Objective To research the relationship between the acute head CT image score with serum MMP - 2, MMP - 9 of traumatic brain injury patients. Methods Firstly, collecting 86 treatment cases of traumatic brain injury patients in the hospital from June 2010 to June 2011. All patients underwent a CT scan, serum MMP-2 and MMP- 9 test the day after itljury. Finally, the value of relationship of CT score and protein expression in determining the severity was analyzed. Results In 86 research subjects, 77 eases（89.5% ） have in- traeranial hematoma. Among them, there are 9 cases （ 10. 5% ） with contusion and laceration of brain. The cranial CT image of patients all have characteristic expression. The higher score in cranial CT image is, the higher expression in serum MMP - 2, MMP - 9 is. CT image score and serum MMP - 2 and MMP - 9 expression all have prognosis of patients. Conclusion CT image score and serum MMP - 2, MMP -9 expression in combination have an important meaning in pathological changes and prognosis for traumatic brain injury patients.
