Clinical Analysis of 15 Atypical Kawasaki Disease Cases

目的探讨不典型川崎病的临床特点及实验室检查特征。方法对在我院住院的15例不典型川崎病患儿的临床资料进行总结和回顾性分析。结果在不典型川崎病的病例中,口唇干红和球结膜充血为常见症状,而皮疹、淋巴结肿大和手足硬性水肿、脱皮为少见症状。实验室检查在不典型川崎病的诊断中占重要地位。结论在发热>5 d的患儿中,应根据川崎病面容和实验室检查对不典型川崎病做出早期诊断,尽早治疗,以减少冠脉损害的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical features of atypical kawasaki disease and laboratory examination. Methods By using the method of retrospective, clinical data of 15 atypical kawasaki disease cases in the hospital was summarized and analyzed. Results In the case of atypical kawasaki disease, oral dry red and conjunctival congestion were common symptoms. Skin rash, swollen lymph nodes, the brotherhood of hard edema, and peeling for unusual symptoms were rare. Laboratory examination in diagnosis of atypical kawasaki disease accounted for important position. Conclusion In children with high fever 〉 5 days, early diagnosis and early treatment should be done according to face and laboratory examination of atypical kawasaki disease, in order to reduce the occurrence of coronary artery damage.
