摘要
调节Cl_2与SO_2的比例,合成了两种氯磺化聚丙烯,并与PA1010共混。DDV、SEM、偏光显微镜的分析表明,Cl_2/SO_2为1∶2,氯磺化聚丙烯适当时,PP与PA1010有着良好的相容性,其缺口冲击强度,熔体流动速率均提高。
In this study, two kinds of chlorosulfonated polypropylenes were synthesized via chlorosulfonation at two different Cl_2/SO_2 ratio, and were melt-blended with PA1010. The DDV, SEM and micropolariscope analysis showed, when the Cl_2/SO_2 ratio was 1∶2 and the chlorosulfonation of polypropylene was proper, PP and PA1010 blend has had a good compatibility, and both its notched Izod impact strength and melt flow rate have been raised.
