短碳纤维表面镀铜的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为改善碳纤维与铝合金的浸润性,通过对碳纤维短切、灼烧、粗化、中和、敏化、活化等预处理工序,获得了表面粗糙度增大的碳纤维,然后经过化学镀铜得到了镀层均匀的镀铜碳纤维。采用X射线衍射仪,扫描电镜表征了镀层的物相组成及微观形貌。试验结果表明:镀液在电动搅拌方式下,主盐CuSO4·5H2O含量为15g/L,且添加亚铁氰化钾和二联吡啶时,镀铜层均匀地包覆在碳纤维表面,且镀铜层表面光滑、色泽鲜亮,与碳纤维结合良好。X射线衍射分析表明:镀铜层结晶良好,是由不同取向Cu晶粒组成的多晶Cu镀层,电镜观察铜层厚度约1μm。 For improving the invasive of carbon fibre and aluminium alloy,carbon fibers with increased surface roughness were obtained by cutting,baking,rough,neutralization and sensitization-activation process. Carbon fibers with copper coating were got by chemical copper plating process. X-ray diffractions( XRD) and scanning electron microscope( SEM) were used to determine the composition and observe the morphology of the coating. Experimental results show that the chemical plating solution contains 15 g / L CuSO 4 ·5H 2 O under the way of electric-stirring,when accretion potassium ferrocyanide and Duplex pyridine is added. The copper coating coated evenly on the surface of carbon fiber is smooth and bright. XRD analysis indicates that copper coating is well-crystallized,and the poly-crystal Cu clad layer is composed by different orientation crystal particles. The surface copper thickness is about 1 μm.
