摘要
苯酚、二甲苯缩甲醛树脂及硼酸反应生成缩醛树脂。本研究不用甲醛而用二甲苯甲醛树脂作为缩醛剂,硼酸在反应初期起着催化剂的作用,后期则和酚羟基反应生成酯,硼酸酯和二甲苯使树脂具有良好的耐热性能和耐腐蚀性能。发现二甲苯甲醛树脂可以作为酚醛树脂的固化剂。
The reaction of phenol, xylene—formaldehyde resin with boric acid gets an acetal resin. This study did not use formaldehyde, but instead of the xylene—formaldehyde resin as an acetal reagent. The boric acid acted as a catalyst in the initial stage, and in the end it reacted with hydroxyl group of phenol to form ester. Borate and xylene made the resin have a good heat resistance and corrosion—resistance. It has been found that xylene—formaldehyde resin may be used as a hardening agent of phenol—formaldehyde resin.
