农村地区学前教育发展的问题及对策分析

Analysis of the Problems and Solutions of the Development of Pre- school Education in Rural Areas

大力发展农村学前教育是推进我国基础教育改革的有力前提条件。目前,我国农村地区学前教育中存在办园经费不足、幼儿园数量少、规模小、幼儿园教学条件落后、教师数量不足、教师素质不高等问题。应采取加大经费投入、扩大办园规模、改善幼儿园条件、加大教师培训等相应的对策,着力改善和提高农村地区学前教育现状。

Strengthening the development of rural pre - school education is the prerequisite to promote the effective reform of basic education in China. At present, there exist such problems as lack of funds, small scale, backward teaching condition, the insufficient number of teachers, and unqualified teachers in pre - school education in rural areas of China. The present paper suggests that some meas- ures be taken to improve pre - school education which involving funds investment, scale - expanding, improvement of facilities, and teacher training, etc.
