排污权交易条件下厂商污染治理技术投资最优控制策略 被引量:6

摘要 排污权交易制度可使厂商为自身的利益提高治污的积极性,使污染总量控制目标真正得以实现。在文献[8]的研究基础上,建立了一个基于排污权交易的厂商污染治理技术投资模型,并运用最优控制理论和方法研究了在不同情况下厂商污染治理技术投资的最优控制策略问题;此外,对理论分析的结果进行了数据模拟。 Assuming the level of pollution emission of the manufacturer's production depends on the existing pollution emission level and the level of technology investment in pollution treatment, we establish the model of manufacturer's profit. We use the optimal control theory and method, and analyze manufacturer 's optimal dynamic investment level of pollution treatment technology and the optimal level of output in three cases. The results show that emissions trading system can motivate manufacturers to invest in pollution treatment technology effectively.
