皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤临床治疗分析

The analysis of the results of clinical therapy of skin T_lymphoma

目的 :探讨BACOP方案治疗皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤(CTCL)的疗效。方法 :经病理证实的17例患者均接受2～4疗程化疗。PYM5mg/m2,d15.22 ;ADM20mg/m2 ,d1.8 ;CTX0.4/m2,d1.8;VCR1.4mg/m2 ,d1.8 ;Pred30mg/m2,d15～22。四周重复 ,化疗同时 ,皮损处涂抹盐酸氮芥溶液 ,每日1次。对2例暴发型患者 ,化疗达CR后行自体骨髓移植术(ABMT)。结果 :CR8例 ,PR6例 ,NC2例 ,PD1例。有效率82.35%。生存时间最长12年。结论 :BACOP方案是治疗CTCL较好方案之一。对于高恶性CTCL。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of treating CTCL with BACOP.Methods:17 cases confirmed pathologically were treated for 2～4 courses of treatment.PYM,5mg/m2,d15.22;ADM,20mg/m2,d1.8;CTX,0.4/m2,d1.8;VCR,1.4mg/m2,d1.8;Pred,30mg/m2,d15～22.Smearing 1% HN 2 on the skin lesion.2 fulminating cases were treated with ABMT after chemotherapy to CR.Results:CR 8 cases,PR 6 cases,NC 2 cases,PD 1 case.The effective rate of CR+PR was 82.35%.The longest survival period was 12 years.Conclusion:BACOP is one of the best regiments to treat CTCL.To high pernicious CTCL,ABMT can also be applied.
