摘要
利用实验性膜性肾炎、慢性肾衰及水负荷大鼠的动物模型 ,探讨肾炎颗粒对实验性膜性肾炎和肾衰的治疗作用及利尿作用 ,并观察了该药对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果显示 ,该药能减轻由阳离子化白蛋白和腺嘌呤引起的肾组织损伤 ,改善肾功能障碍和脂蛋白代谢紊乱 ;增强水负荷大鼠的利尿作用 ;能提高正常小鼠的免疫功能。
The therapeutic and diuretic effects of Shenyan Keli on experimental rats with membranous nephritis ,chronic renal failure and overhydration were observed. And its effect on immune function in normal mice was also studied .The results showed Shenyan Keli can reduce the damage of kidney tissue induced by cationized albumin and amidopurine, correct the disturbances of renal function and lipoprotein metabolism and increase the diuretic effect on water-loaded rats. In addition, Shenyan Keli can also enhance the immune function in normal mice.
