加味参附汤对吗啡依赖小鼠及大鼠戒断症状的影响

Effects of Modified Shen Fu Decoction on Withdrawal Symptoms in Morphine-Dependent Mice and Rats

目的 :观察中药复方制剂加味参附汤 (MSFD)的戒毒治疗作用。方法 :剂量连续递增腹腔内给予吗啡造成小鼠及大鼠依赖模型 ,经MSFD及丁丙诺啡 (Bup)治疗后 ,对各组动物的纳洛酮 (Nal)催促戒断症状进行评估和综合评分。结果 :MSFD能明显抑制吗啡依赖小鼠及大鼠戒断后第 2天、第 6天Nal引起的催促戒断反应 ,能减轻戒断后小鼠及大鼠体重的下降 ,并促进体重的回升 ;MSFD联合Bup治疗 ,能协同抑制小鼠及大鼠的戒断反应。结论 :MSFD具有一定的戒毒治疗作用 ,MSFD联合Bup治疗 ,戒毒作用加强。

Objective: To study the effects of modified Shen Fu decoction (MSFD) on withdrawal symptoms in morphine-dependent mice and rats. Methods: Morphine-dependent mouse and rat models were established by ip morphine in a dose-increasing manner, and the withdrawal symptoms in mouse and rat models precipitated by naloxone (Nal) were evaluated after MSFD or buprenorphine (Bup) administration. Results: MSFD inhibited the occurrence of withdrawal symptoms in morphine-dependent mice and rats on 2nd day and 5th day after withdrawal, reduced the weight loss of morphine-abstinent mice and rats, and accelerated the rebound of the lost weight. MSFD combined with Bup showed a synergistic inhibitory effect. Conclusion: MSFD exerts an effect on morphine dependence and withdrawal, and MSFD combined with Bup shows a better effect.
