摘要
比较多种精制方法 ,优选薄层展开条件 ,采用氯仿 -甲醇 -水 ( 65∶35∶1 0 ) 1 0℃以下放置分层的下层液 ,于 1 5~ 1 8℃展开 ,1 0 %硫酸乙醇 ,1 0 5℃烘约 3~ 5min显色 ,以λS=4 0 0nm ,λR=70 0nm ,薄层扫描测定黄芪甲苷含量。
To determine the content of astragaloside IV in Xiao'er Weijining Mixture, TCL conditions were optimized by comparing various refined methods. And they were as follows: the underlayer of CHCl 3-CH 3OH-H 2O(65∶35∶10) below 10℃was developed at 15~18℃ and sprayed with 10%H 2SO 4-C 2H 5OH,the heating temperature was 105℃ for 3~5 min,and λS=400 nm, λR =700 nm.
