摘要
根据负荷的增长及电源规划确定合理的电网结构将是电网规划面临的长期的艰巨的任务。就电网规划的特点、面临的问题以及已有的方法进行了综述，指出在计及不确定性因素的的影响方面还需要进行更加深入地研究。
As the determination of a rational power grid structure based on load increase tendency and power sources planning is always a long-term and arduous task to power grid planning personnel, a general review based on the specialty and facing problems of power grid planning, and the existed planning methods is carried out and concludes that the determination of the influence of uncertain factors involved in the planning needs further deep investigation.
